With the monomover 2.0, there is no longer any need to move loaded dollies manually within a FIFO station. The automated feed unit moves the provided dollies using an innovative bristle drive. This improves working conditions for your employees and reduces the risk of strain injuries.

The monomover 2.0 takes over the movement of dollies with a total weight of up to 300 kg, relieving your employees and thus increasing job satisfaction.
The control system is implemented using a Siemens Logo!, which makes integration on the customer side easy and allows the system to be incorporated into existing overall systems without difficulty. The Siemens Logo! can be combined directly with an MQTT interface and can operate up to four monomover 2.0 units with a single controller.
This enables flexible material handling and allows your work processes to be optimised sustainably. With its robust design and reliable technology, the monomover 2.0 also guarantees high operational reliability and a long service life.
